EDUCATOR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Module 1 Classroom Expectations in International Schools

This module covers the cultural and academic standards commonly upheld in international school environments. Participants will learn how to adapt teaching practices and behavior to meet the diverse expectations of students, staff, and school policies worldwide. 

Module 2 Child Cultural Differences

This module explores how cultural backgrounds influence children's behavior, learning styles, and communication. Trainees will learn inclusive strategies to support culturally diverse children in early childhood and school settings. 

Module 3 Communications with Parents & Staff

This module focuses on effective and professional communication techniques for building strong relationships with parents and school personnel. It includes strategies for conducting parent meetings, addressing concerns, and maintaining open channels of dialogue 

Module 4 Team Communication & Conflict Resolution

Participants will learn how to work collaboratively with colleagues while managing disagreements constructively. The module emphasizes active listening, empathy, and problem-solving to promote a healthy team culture. 

Module 5 ECE Activity Planning and Supervision

This module provides guidance on planning educational activities that support early childhood development. Trainees will also learn supervision techniques to ensure child safety, engagement, and learning outcomes during all activities. 

Exam and Certification

 At the end of the training, learners will complete a final exam to assess their understanding and overall job readiness. This includes a basic English proficiency assessment (not IELTS) to help align trainees with appropriate job placement opportunities. Successful candidates will receive a Educator Job Readiness Training Certification upon completion. 

Resume Builder

Guides learners in creating a professional educator’s resume that highlights relevant skills and experience. Includes formatting tips, content guidance, and sample templates. 

Interview Preparation

Prepares candidates for job interviews through practice questions, roleplay, and strategies to answer confidently. Focus is placed on communication style, dress code, and employer expectations. 

Resume Submission to Academy Partners

Upon course completion, participants' resumes are submitted to trusted employer and recruitment partners in Canada and globally. This step supports direct pathways to job opportunities in the educarion sector across multiple regions.
